CPR & First Aid
Practical Training
save life!
4-hour training in Russian / English
Basis Program of CPR Course for the dummies
The arrival of an ambulance in Israel generally takes from 5 up to 20 minutes.
During this time, you can save a life!
Don't waste precious minutes waiting. After all, when it comes to life, every minute counts. Use the time before the ambulance arrives to provide first aid. Thus, you will not only increase the chances of the victim's survival by ensuring the support of the body's vital functions (breathing and blood circulation), but sometimes even save a person's life.
What is First Aid and CPR?
First aid is immediate life-saving measures that are given to a person or a group of injured people directly at the scene, before the arrival of an ambulance.
Timely first aid can significantly improve the condition of the victim, and in some cases - even save a life!
It is impossible to predict where and when you may encounter the need for first aid. Mastering these skills will help you to always be ready to provide emergency help, regardless of the situation and conditions.
CPR or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation – is an emergency lifesaving procedure performed when the heart stops beating.
"Immediate CPR can double or triple chances of survival after cardiac arrest"
Who could participate?
Anyone interested in this knowledge can participate in the training.
Medical education is not mandatory at all.
First aid skills are necessary both for an ordinary person who wants to protect himself, his loved ones and friends, and for companies that care of their employees.
First aid training is also relevant for children. First aid skills can be useful to them in situations where there are no adults nearby who are able to provide first aid (children's camps, for example).
The only requirement is the person's general condition or age, which allows adequate, effective and safe first aid to the victim.
