based on the request, we gather all the data needed to organize a event for you. It could include benchmarking, polls, marketing research, etc.

we create an individual proposition with the Scope, Budget, and Schedule

ROADMAP
we create a Roadmap with the milestones and tasks tracked in Task tracking app
we propose a realistic Roadmap with contingency reserve to cope on time
the event will be attended by people who are SQL/ your target audience
MARKETING PLAN
once the Roadmap is approved we create a marketing plan

ADVERTISING
we promote the event based on the Marketing plan and the Roadmap
we provide you with the analytics and ads reports, propose ways to optimize them if needed
you could track the progress in the Task tracking App, work is 100% transparent
PREPARING EVENT
we create Logistics & Administration, Procurement, Communications plans, etc., and follow the Roadmap to have the tasks done

HOLDING EVENT
we hold an event following the Program and Event Script
as a rule, we're ready for the event much time before, so everyone knows where, what and how should be done
