Kinolife Cinema drive-in cinema chain was a product of Kinolife when the pandemic of Covid19 started.

We researched the market, competitors, business model, and potential profit.
Then we create an Algorithm Table and a Roadmap based on the data from the research.
We prepared a Tech plan and a Marketing plan. We decided on the ticket price and the films based on the competitors' analysis.
The challenge was to find reliable managers for such cities as Lviv, Kyiv, Odesa, and others.
A website with its ticketing system was launched.
